Checking in with your own mental health and that of others is really important. This workshop will focus on ways to ‘tighten your headset’ and try and work on keeping a positive outlook on things and some strategies to manage the not so good time.
Whatever day of the week, being happy and staying positive isn’t always possible (or easy) so we will also look at what it is to have vulnerability, and that this is an entirely ok way to feel.
Next, we will touch on what resilience is, why it is important and how you can look to use this to your advantage.
If you put all these things together hopefully we can help you to build your own self-confidence!
